New year, new faces: meet the latest additions to the Proteus team.

We have lots of exciting plans for 2023, but hiring brilliant people is always on our agenda. We’ve recently welcomed some exceptional people to the Proteus team, and it’s a pleasure to have them on board.

Here are some brief bios of the company’s newest faces. If you recognise anyone, drop them a line and ask about Proteus’s unique approach to transformation and change.

 

Dan Young, Director

Dan joins Proteus from P2 Consulting after a 10-year journey with the firm. As co-founder, board member and account director at P2 Dan acted in key roles in both setting up the business, operating as Chief of Staff and managing client accounts. Dan brings to the table a history of solid operating practice, track record in commercial account growth and experience in managing, growing and structuring Project and Program Management Consulting firms.

 

Heb França, Senior Consultant

Heb began his career in the Retail sector with the last 15 years focussed within the Financial Services sector. His FS residency has been extremely varied with a multitude of operational and change management roles, and most recently he was Head of Change and Digital Transformation at 118 118 Money, responsible for BAU and strategic initiatives working with a global team and primarily with teams in USA and the Philippines. Prior to 118 118 Money, Heb helped deliver the biggest credit card migration in the UK for NewDay, who are the UK’s largest sub and near prime credit card issuer.

 

Jack Humphrey, Senior Consultant

Jack is joining from Costa Coffee where he was a Strategic Project Manager, working to set up and embed the new Transformation team within the business and deliver a number of large programmes. He also has previous experience in Operations and Strategy Consulting, specialising in Project/Programme design and delivery, as well as change management and benefits realisation. Jack has client experience across a range of sectors and industries, including Retail, Financial Services, Government and Utilities.

 

Jessica Lopes, Talent Acquisition Manager

Jessica joins us from Project One consulting where she spent the last three years growing the team in Change and Transformation. Prior to that she worked in niche recruitment, recruiting engineers in food, beverage and pharmaceuticals.

Jessica is really excited to join the team at Proteus and expand our Talent and Resourcing function.

 

Charlie Grant, Principal Consultant

Charlie spent the first half of his career as an Officer in the British Army, where he served in a number of roles; predominantly in delivering Operations and Training both here in the UK and abroad. The latter half of his career saw his transition to the ‘real world’, initially via a corporate strategy role, to a number of Management Consulting roles. Charlie’s experience has been in helping clients with their transformation & improvement agenda, and has spanned a variety of sectors including Energy, Healthcare, & FS. More recently he has sought to broaden his experience to include Lean Agile methodologies, working with organisations (mostly FS) looking to transform and become more agile.

 

Nina Rasuli, Consultant

Nina has been working as a management consultant for a year and a half specialising in the financial services industry.

Prior to that, she was a structural engineer and construction project manager, so brings a mix of roles and experience.
