Senior consultant

We are looking to bolster our core consultancy team as we scale up and this is a great opportunity to provide valuable experience, capability and capacity so, together, we can deliver excellent outcomes our clients.

About the role: 

You will help clients deliver complex change initiatives and solve complex issues by performing analysis, providing recommendations and using a combination of experience, industry knowledge, data analysis, tools and technology.

You will be a key member of the Proteus team on assignments in all of the Proteus consulting practices (Assurance, Delivery and potentially Capability Development).

 

What you’ll do

  • Enable the definition of transformation strategies, including definitions of objectives, solution design and execution roadmaps
  • Conduct analysis of clients’ transformation requirements, challenges and successes
  • Establish positive relationships with clients and peers that build credibility, foster your support network and empower career development
  • Identify, shape and operate project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards
  • Incept and plan projects to design, develop and implement business change solutions, including co-ordination of business, technology and third party delivery teams where relevant
  • Contributie to business development activities, team capability development and the internal Proteus improvement agenda
  • Support and line manage consultants where appropriate.

 

About you

  • Substantial experience working in a business analyst, project / programme management or business transformation capacity
  • Substantial experience working on complex change projects throughout the entire lifecycle
  • Be someone who can thrive in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment, and can plan and manage at both the strategic and tactical level
  • Willingness to travel within the UK (on some occasions you may be required to travel internally or internationally to support delivery of engagements and projects)
  • Be able to contribute to large transformational programmes, ideally using traditional and / or agile methodologies with a business and technology focus

  • Worked in a similar role within a change consultancy firm or equivalent (eg Big 4, boutique change consultancy or change roles in large organisations).
